Euroassay & Archem Team Building Trip to Bursa: A Journey of Motivation and Culture
At Euroassay & Archem, we understand the importance of employee motivation and fostering strong communication within our team. To promote these values, we regularly organize exciting and enriching events for our staff.
This time, the Euroassay & Archem family embarked on a memorable trip to Bursa, one of Turkey’s most historically rich cities. Our first stop was Cumalıkızık, a picturesque Ottoman village in the Yıldırım district of Bursa. Known for its narrow stone-paved streets and charming houses painted in shades of purple, blue, and yellow, Cumalıkızık offers a beautiful glimpse into the past. The village, made from adobe, wood, and stone, was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2014 due to its well-preserved architecture and cultural significance.
After exploring the historical beauty of Cumalıkızık, we continued our adventure with a visit to an adventure park, where we had a blast reliving our childhood memories. The journey then took us to some of Bursa’s most iconic landmarks, including the Orhangazi and Osmangazi Tombs, Ulucami (Great Mosque), and the famous Kapalıçarşı (Grand Bazaar), where we immersed ourselves in the rich history of the city.
To top off the day, we indulged in a delicious Iskender, a signature dish of Bursa’s culinary heritage, which left everyone satisfied and happy.
This unforgettable trip was filled with memorable moments that strengthened our team spirit. We want to thank everyone who participated, and we’re already excited for our next event, which will continue to bring us closer as a team.
